The Ovcharka, his Master and his Minions

Две опоры путинизма: А – Всегда так было. Б.- Везде так есть
In a cleverly camouflaged psychological war [of course without declaration of war; On the contrary, friendship assurances are part of the camouflage], the opponent is abased until he »steps on his feet«. At this moment, you only have to leap a little, to use the mistake of your opponent to defeat him. Above all, political mistakes or inconsistencies can be made vulnerable if internal tensions arise. Then, as in elementary physics, a splash of cold water is enough for a glass to burst. When an outsider spills the cold water, he is, of course, completely innocent. [He could not know …] There are several martial arts based on exploiting the mistakes of the opponent. Putin is the bearer of the Hachidan (8th Dan) in Judo. His Ovcharka Kadyrov has the same sporting ambitions, what the case of MMA fighter Murad Amriev in Belarus or Timur Dugazaev activities in Germany showed.
Ramzan Kadyrov, who ruled the republic since 2007 with an iron hand and by the grace of Russia, was confronted with various protests against his regime in 2014, in which even the usual strategy of collective punishment did not work.[1] In particular, the case of Sulejman Edigov and Ruslan Kutayev showed the inner circle that the extortion of torture sentences no longer worked properly, especially when foreign NGOs gave the detainees a voice. For this reason, the commander of the special unit »Terek« Abuzayed Vismuradov, also known by his fighting name »The Patriot«, was assigned to form a martial arts club for Kadyrov. The aim was to reach and control the unpolitical youth in Chechnya (ie, those who are not officially in opposition to the regime) so that individual critical voices could be kept quiet. By incorporating loyal commanders into martial arts, the Kadyrovtsy base has also been expanded since they offer the »perfect« symbiosis of militarism and masculinity.[2]
There are two martial arts clubs and many Minions linked to Kadyrov: On one hand Absolute Championship Berkut (ACB) founded by Mairbek Khasiev with fighters like Mairbek Taisumov, Magomed Raismov and Mamed Khalidov, with Yaragi Gitaev acting as president and promoter. On the other hand, World Fighting Championship Akhmat (WFCA) named as most buildings in the Republic after the father of Ramzan Kadyrov.[3] The club is led by the commander Terek Abuzayed Vismuradov, which is responsible for Russia, and Timur Dugazaev, who is responsible for Europe. Various fighters are very close to Kadyrov or his club, but it is important to differentiate between fighters under contract at WFCA, which fight in the UFC e.g. Magomed Bibulatov, Ruslan Magomedov, Said Nurmagomedov and Magomed Ankalaev, foreign athletes of the UFC who like to receive the generous gifts from Grozny e.g. Floyd Mayweather, Chris Weidman, Fabricio Werdum, Frank Mir, Frankie Edgar, Alexander Gustafsson, Makwan Amirkhani, Ilir Latifi and Badr Hari, as well as fighters who are in close contact with Kadyrov, are in the UFC but are not fighting for WFCA e.g. Mairbek Taisumov and Khabib Nurmagomedov. Finally, there are also fighters such as Abdul-Kerim Edilov, Khusein Khaliev, Magomed Raismov distinguished by their special loyalty to Kadyrov.

The Kadyrov Foundation[4]
Although the Foundation contributes to the development of infrastructure in Chechnya, to a much greater extent it is a kind of personal treasure of Kadyrov, for him to enjoy as he pleases. From this sources, he can entertain himself and his environment by inviting not only Russian stars, but also foreign from overseas to Chechnya and give himself generous towards the guests in Grozny – from the clock for only 100,000 euros for the Lord District Chief up to two Millions of euros, for those boxer who are not impress by the blood. His famous foundation, which serves as the backbone of his sporting ambitions, uses the Krysha model as an effective parallel system to traditional state standards in Russia and equally in Europe. Such a Force de Frappe can accomplish anything politically possible, especially as it is the innovative combination of crime and capitalism – a leveraging that relies on the possibility of using force but is put at the service of a powerful economic apparatus. The system is consolidated by an internal sanctioning and punishment system, which is rigorously exercised, even with brute force up to killing offenses. This allows Kadyrov’s commanders such as Abuzaid Vismuradov a platform within the EU – in combination with fighters such as Abdul-Kerim Edilov and consorts such as Timur Dugasayev, by coming to common »sparring«. This environment is an ideal petri dish for Kadyrov’s Minions to plan actions against critical voices as the case of Minkail Malizaew in Germany showed.

children combats
Ramzan Kadyrov has again let his sons fight in 2017 and 2018 in Grozny. In contrast to the recent sarring in 2016, which met with widespread condemnation, the current fighting did not cause any particular reaction from reorters outside of Russia, and officials from Chechnya responded enthusiastically to the children of Kadyrov as usual. Where else can you practice martial arts without the Khabib-Kadyrov controversy?
As if it were a secret in what dark deeds Ziyavudin Magomedov is entangled; What the role of the manager Ali Abdelaziz is; that Kadyrov is closely associated with Magomed Bibulatov, Mairbek Taisumov, Ruslan Magomedov, Said Nurmagomedov and Magomed Ankalaev; Commanders such as »The Patriot« like to visit the fights ; Makwan Amirkhani, Floyd Mayweather, Chris Weidman, Fabricio Werdum, Frank Mir, Frankie Edgar, Alexander Gustafsson, Ilir Latifi and Badr Hari have all been guests in Grozny or have taken money – even actors like Steven Segal considered oneself not too good for dancing for Kadyrov. So my short comment: 1. Mc Conor, who offended Khabib’s father because of his proximity to Kadyrov, has no problem with his Patron Putin, who brought Kadyrov’s father to power. 2. Freedom of expression in Dagestan and Germany may differ, this should be respected despite criticism of Khabib for his ties to Kadyrov, and both are not always in agreement, as the video from the Caucasian Knot shows.[5] 3. As before every fight there is a big theater, because this is part of the show. The statements of everyone at the conference are contradictory 4. Nothing is easier than to criticize Kadyrov, how would it be that those who live in Germany and benefit from it, also come into focus? There were several martial artists in Grozny, the president of the WKF Germany was not too bad to play referee himself. 5. The fighters per se are not the problem, but the commanders and consorts in their environment. I personally do not care whoever gets how many Ferraris from Kapo Kadyrov, as long as he does not advertise within the EU children’s fight without equipment and covers activities of the Kadyrowzy. 6. Fyodor Yemelyanenko is not the solution, but part of the problem, why was he silent for 2017/2018? Why does it not bother him what his brother is doing and last but not least who still remembers the fairness of Fyodor vs Maldonado?
One should pay not more attention to the Ovcharka (Kadyrov) than to his master (Patron Putin). At the moment, the media are again reporting Ramzan is a Chosjain, a Barin, and everyone else must live up to the will of this Caucasian criminal, even Vladimir Vladimirovich would, for fear of the oriental despot, reactivate the National Guard. But even though Kadyrov may be a dictator he is not samostojatelny. Like his late father, Ramzan is a vassal, and his power rests on the personal protection of Putin, the best kryscha in a country whose structures are entirely determined by kryscha relations. Therefore, criticizing Kadyrov without criticizing Putin is political opportunism par excellence, because Chechnya is not a state in the state. Even the system »Kadyrov« is copied 1: 1 from the bats of the GRU: Declared their own men as official officers of the Ministry of Interior with »open« command to send to all areas of the Federation. The justice? Пиши всё, что хочешь. Мне по барабану!
Pilgrimage from Germans to Grozny for gifts from Kapo Kadyrov

[1] The collective punishment is the hallmark of Kadyrov’s repression of the Chechen people. The relatives of those who displease the authorities are threatened, beaten, held hostage, expelled from the republic, or their homes are burned down. Such methods were first applied to alleged rebels, but have expanded to dissenters, religious dissidents, even intoxicated motorists.
[2] It is not for nothing that foreign athletes like Floyd Maywether receive a shot and weapon training in Grozny.
[3] He seems to have developed a special preference for naming all important Islamic institutions and mosques according to certain personalities, especially his father’s, which violates a central precept of conventional Sunni Islam.
